Exam time looms

I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately and I though it would be polite to maybe just say why. In about 16 days I start the Court of Master Sommelier Advanced Course with a view, of course, to passing it and then being that one step closer to going for my Master Sommelier qualification. So I’ve had my head in the books, my nose in a glass and I haven’t really had any time for blogging. Apologies for the silence, I will be back, brighter and more qualified than before once my exams are over on the 14th of October. Wish me luck!
