Strictly speaking, Louis XIV was talking about the sweet stuff from Tokaji when he uttered those words to his mistress Madame de Pompadour (btw it means Wine of Kings, King of Wines). This video is more about the dry wines from the same region.
We asked Hungarian sommelier, Gergely Szabo from Le Bouchon Breton how he sells dry Tokaji to those sceptical customers.
