Edinburgh Gin Competition: Birmingham

Edinburgh Gin is hosting a cocktail competition in Birmingham, looking for cocktails that represent their own personal style or the venue they work in, incorporating an element of seasonality.

The prize is a trip to Edinburgh for two, including all travel, accommodation, dinner and cocktails at Heads & Tails Bar.

The competition takes place on 16 April at The Vanguard at 1000 Trades Birmingham, judged by Finlay Nicol, Claire Sumner-Hughes and Robert Wood.

Rules:
Maximum 6 ingredients
Minimum 40ml Edinburgh Gin (LDG, Seaside, Cannonball)
Bonus points for using EG Liqueurs (Raspberry, Elderflower, Rhubarb, Plum or Pomegranate)
Homemade ingredients will not be allowed if not easily replicable, please include recipes. NB. Homemade ingredients must not contain more than 2 flavours.
All bartenders must bring own equipment, glassware and ingredients except EG & EG Liqueurs.
