To celebrate the re-launch of its VSOP expression, Cognac Frapin is hosting a cognac and cocktails event on 25 September in central London.
Cognac Frapin’s cellar master Patrice Piveteau will be in attendance, as well as Steve Cozier of Hawksmoor.
Piveteau will take you on the journey of Frapin’s vineyard to bottle approach, including the artisinal processes that make its cognac unique. The importance of terroir and freedom afforded to the brand by family ownership will also be explored.
Through the hands-on session, Cozier will also explore cognac’s role in cocktails, from the Prohibition up until today.
Cognac-friendly bites and cocktails will also be served.
