Bacardi Brown-Forman’s Jigger Beaker Glass (JBG) on-trade advocacy programme is returning to London with Sustainability: Cut the Crap, a panel talk to foster conversation around environmental responsibility in the on-trade. The event will take place at Oriole on 22 January from 11am to 3pm.
Led by the Super Lyan team and Ryan Chetiyawardana himself, this JBG session will explore how to commercialise a zero-waste ethos. First, the Bacardi Brown-Forman team will discuss what sustainability means today. Next up, Chetiyawardana will join Simon Difford in a conversation on change-making in the industry. The Super Lyan team will round out the day by offering a drinks demonstration with tips on building a sustainable menu.
