The Midlands Whisky Festival will be returning to Stourbridge this March, the biggest event of its type outside of London.
Set over two days the festival will give visitors the chance to sample over 300 whiskies from around the world, with over 30 exhibitors in attendance.
A range of masterclasses will also take place over the two days, including an exclusive tasting with sixth generation Glenfarclas family member and industry legend, George S. Grant.
The masterclass will give whisky enthusiasts the opportunity to taste some extraordinary whiskies – including a 40 year old Glenfarclas released exclusively for the Taiwan market and a 1976 vintage 40 year old. Stephen Rankin, sales director of the world’s most respected independent bottlers Gordon and Macphail, will also be inviting guests to taste a selection of super well-aged singe malts from cult distilleries as part of their newly-released Speyside Collection.
In addition to this Macallan, one of Scotland’s most renowned distilleries, will be offering up the chance to taste a range of their single malts.
Tickets start at £35 and can be purchased via the Biletto website.
