This cheeky number I created for work as a non alcoholic alternative for our dessert cocktail menu, a virgin take on the black forest gateau cocktail:
Faux Forest gateau:
1/2 oz. grenadine
1 1/2 oz. cranberry juice
splash black cherry syrup (homemade is worth doing, it can be hard to find)
stir over ice and strain into a martini glass, and layer about 1/2 – 1 oz. of cream on the top.
fine grate some dark chocolate on top or give it a dusting of chocolate powder to garnie. nice
