Glasses & Grains – Woodford Reserve Boilermaker Tasting
Monday 22 February, 6.30pm
Head to Powder Keg Diplomacy for a masterclass in pairing beer and whiskey with Woodford Reserve brand ambassador Tom Vernon. There’ll also be small plates of paired food doing the rounds. Beer, whiskey and food – what more could you want? Book tickets here
23-26 February, 12pm
A trade-only event providing handy information on the history of beer, how it’s brewed and typical flavour profiles, all in the name of helping you to guide your customers. To book, email Karen McFarlane.
Essex Street Live Brew Night
24 February, 6pm
The Essex Street Brewing Company opens its doors for all and sundry to meet head brewer Vanesa de Blas Montoya, who will take visitors through the process, ply samples on everyone and potentially get you involved.

25 February, various
Curious Brew will be taking over the Smith & Whistle, while London Brewing Co’s Rich White will be holding court at The Harp. Moncada Brewery is opening its doors for a tour and tasting, but be sure to book a place. Canopy Beer Co, meanwhile, is hosting a food pairing evening – with grub coming from The Pickled Fork – in its tap room, with two sittings at 7pm and 9pm.
Craft Beer Rising
26-27 February, 6:30pm
Back and bigger than ever, Craft Beer Rising once again takes over the Old Truman Brewery with breweries such as Beavertown and Thornbridge flying the flag for the UK, and talent from overseas in the shape of Lagunitas, Mikkeller and Little Bichos, amongst many others. There’ll be a new cider area, plus music performances from James Lavelle, Rob da Bank and more. Book tickets here
