Craving a bit more Greek in your life? The makers of Skinos Mastiha Spirit are here to scratch that itch with Otto’s Athens Vermouth.

Hailing from the Nemea winemaking region of Greece, Otto’s Athens Vermouth is infused with wormwood, rose petals, olive leaves, oregano, thyme, citrus fruits and vanilla. The heady mix combines to bring bitterness, sweetness and freshness in the mouth.

Why the name? In 1840, the philhellene King Otto is said to have decided the capital of Greece was to be Athens. Otto laid down the foundations and it was here that Ioannis Vouher created the first Greek vermouth under Otto’s instruction.

Fast forward to present day and Nikos Bakoulis, Clumsies’ Vasilis Kyritsis and team created the first bottle of Otto’s Athens Vermouth.

The team swear by Otto’s & Bubbles, just combine 70ml of the vermouth with 100ml of Dry Tonic and serve in a highball glass with ice and lemon or orange peel and you’re away.
