Yorkshire-based pub group, Victoria Road Pub Management, has gone into liquidation with the loss of 18 sites.
The company – which operated pubs in Keighley, Bradford and Leeds – entered into a creditors voluntary liquidation on 23 September with Rushtons Insolvency Limited as liquidators.
However, the company was ordered to be wound-up by the High Court on November 7 following a petition from British Gas, a creditor of the company.
According to records filed with Companies House, London-based RSM Restructuring Advisory has been charged with carrying out the order.
Mark Wilson, RSM Restructuring Advisory partner and liquidator, said: ‘We are working with our professional advisors to review the current assets with a view to maximising realisations for creditors. We also understand that the pub premises had been returned to the landlords prior to our appointment.’
The sites affected include 10 in Bradford, two in Shipley, two in Keighley, and one in Leeds.
