Bombay Sapphire appoints new master distiller

Joining a respected group of female master distillers, Dr Anne Brock, director of the Gin Guild, has been announced as the new master distiller for Bombay Sapphire.

With a PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Oxford, Brock has spent the last four years as lead distiller for Bermondsey Gin. She will now make the move to Laverstoke Mill, working alongside Bombay Sapphire master of botanicals, Ivano Tonutti and a team of distillers.

‘I am extremely proud to be joining Bombay Sapphire and to be representing such an iconic leader of the gin category,’ said Brock on her move. ‘As an individual who is incredibly passionate about gin, I look forward to working with a team who share a drive to push boundaries and innovate.’
