The team at the American Bar at the Savoy have partnered up with The Bitter Truth to create their own Savoy Martini Bitters.
Designed to improve a Dry Martini made with either gin or vodka, the bitters have sweet and bitter oranges at their core, as well as lemons and sage, accompanied by rhubarb and lemon verbena. Gentian and a little angostura bark are also included in the mix.
‘We were happy to help celebrate 125 years of one of the world’s most iconic hotels,’ the company’s co-founder, Stephan Berg, commented. ‘The Savoy Cocktail Book has been a constant inspiration for us and to work with the team of the Savoy is a bartender’s dream come true,’ he added.
