Distillnation have announced the arrival of family-run Ron Botran onto the UK market. The Guatemalan rum will be launching at Hakkasan in London’s Mayfair next week, with the assistance of Mario Navarro of Ron de Guatemala. There will also be a series of tastings around the capital introducing Ron Botran to the trade, and the brand will also be making an appearance at Rumfest from 14th-16th October.
There are two styles of Ron Botran which will be launching: Botran Reserva, a blend of 5-14 year old rums with an RRP of £35; and Botran Solera 1893, a sophisticated blend of rums aged 5-18 years which will retail at £45.
