The finest cuts of corn fed Kansas beef are being served alongside select cuts of Aberdeen Angus at Mayfair’s latest meat haven, JW Steakhouse, located within the Grosvenor House hotel.

Paul Hallett, previously of the Dorchester Grill, is manning the kitchen and therefore taking full responsibility for the signature steak, ‘The Tommyhawk’ – a 32 once on-the-bone rib eye – alongside lots of modern American dishes (bourbon sweet potato mash with a marshmallow crust anyone?).

And not forgetting the drink; the Bourbon Bar is filled with a wide choice of single barrel and small batch bourbons, available to sample in innovative tasting flights alongside food pairings. Cocktails, such as the Kentucky Bourbon Sour, are also on the menu.
