Tesseron Cognac joins Spirit Cartel portfolio

Location: Cognac, England, Europe, France

Family-owned Tesseron Cognac is joining brands such as Four Roses Bourbon, Don Q rum and Tequila Clase Azul in Spirit Cartel’s portfolio in the UK.

Already available from the agency, the range includes the latest addition to the Tesseron range, Composition, created for mixing, as well as the producer’s top-end expression, Extrême. All three tiers within the Tesseron line up – classic, signature and prestige – are bottled in decanters.

‘Cognac is enjoying a massive surge in popularity across the world and indeed the UK, recruiting new devotees every day. And with this in mind, we are truly delighted to be a part of Spirit Cartel’s portfolio,’ said Tesseron vice president of sales and marketing, Xavier Blanc.

‘With its breathtakingly beautiful decanters, Tesseron Cognac gives retailers and operators the opportunity to take cognac connoisseurs on a unique experiential journey,’ added Spirit Cartel consiglieri, Charles Marshall.

Tesseron Cognac, founded in 1905, makes use of three grape varieties, namely Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Colombard. It sources its fruit entirely from domaine vineyards located in both the Grande and Petite Champagne regions.

To taste the range for yourself, don’t miss the Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac’s Cognac Experience in London on 6 February.
