The on-trade’s gone draught crazy, with cocktails on tap cropping up all over the place, like the new Soho Diner, and Caravan in King’s Cross. Getting in on the action is prosecco brand Frizzenti.
For venues doing prosecco by the glass, it’s a particularly useful addition, as the system maintains the drink’s fizz. There’s also the added conveneience for bars making sparkling wine cocktails.
Dispensed from 20 litre kegs, the tap serves both Frizzenti Classico and pink sparkling Frizzenti Rosato, both at 10.5% abv. The former is produced from Glera grapes, while the latter consists of Pinot Nero and Raboso grapes.
