RAW burgers

Drinks: Wines

You thought RAW was just a once-a-year artisan wine fair, but it has bigger plans. The event is teaming up with Elliot’s Café to create a pop-up at Borough Market from this weekend.

It’s a straightforward offering: £15 for a burger, chips and a glass of natural wine. The latter’s sourced from producers that were either at RAW’s last event in May, or will be there next year. These will change throughout the duration of the bar – 27 July to 12 August.

Producers include Riffault and Saurigny from the Loire, Le Casot des Mailloles from Roussillon, and the Languedoc’s Mas Nicot.
