Following on from yesterday’s news about the world’s biggest gin list, Armand de Brignac Champagne has produced the world’s largest bottle of rosé champagne, with its 15l Nebuchadnezzar.

The record-busting stunt, follows the brand’s production of a 30l bottle (named the Midas) last year. The rosé Nebuchadnezzar will be launched on 1 June at a suitably blinged-up establishment, Nikki Beach in St Tropez and will be available to the on-trade throughout Europe, from 8 June.

Phillipe Bienvenu, commercial director for Armand de Brignac Champagne commented of the release: ‘This was the perfect time for us to release our 15l rosé Nebuchadnezzar bottle in Europe as rosé champagne is increasingly synonymous with summer.Armand de Brignac Rosé prestige cuvée is fresh and full-bodied on the palate with a rich and pure bouquet of red fruits up front and aromas of fresh strawberries and blackcurrant – perfect for enjoying in the outdoor sunshine.’
