Hine cognac releases 1960 vintage

This month sees Hine release its 1960 vintage – and it’s a stunner: wonderfully luxuriant white floral notes and beeswaxed wood and spice – a bit like inhaling opulent flower arrangements in a stately home.

One of the first bars to stock it is The Coburg at the Connaught, which now offers one of the best selection of Hine vintages in the country, as well as a range of H by Hine cocktails including a Mojito-style drink made with mint leaves, lime juice, ginger ale and bitters.

Hine joined Pol Roger last year, which is now trying to make the Hine vintages more accessible to the trade by offering them by the bottle or as part of a mixed case of spirits.
