Purity is a new small-batch vodka that’s distilled in a 13th century castle in Sweden. Made from a mix of organic wheat and barley, it’s blended with water from the castle’s own spring.

Charming and fresh on the nose (pear skin, caraway seeds and a hint of vanilla pod) and flavoursome on the palate – slightly salty white bread, waxy flowers, a hint of liquorice and some cracked black pepper – it’s a vodka with great balance but lots of character too.
