The Feathers unveils gin bar

The Feathers hotel in Woodstock has been relaunched with the addition of a new gin bar stocking more than 50 gins from eight different countries and three types of tonic.
Bar manager Luc Morel has created a signature G&T for the bar using Blackwood’s 2007 60% Vintage Dry Gin, Q tonic and ice cubes made from Blenheim Palace mineral water from a spring just one mile from the hotel. Served in a Riedel crystal highball, the G&T goes for a whopping £18.75. There is also a long list of Martinis and other gin classics featuring an array of lesser-known aperitifs and vermouths including Vya, Antica Formula and Lillet.
