Belvedere vodka has extended its line of macerations to four with the launch of a new pink grapefruit variety. Designed to be the most mixable maceration yet, this is one for long refreshing cocktails offering, its creators hope, a flavour profile that pairs well with spicy Asian and Mexican food.

The clear vodka is made from pink grapefruits from Argentina, fresh ginger and lemons. We found aromas of crystallised and fresh grapefruit peel and lemon polenta cake, and a palate that rather nicely eschews confected grapefruit flavours in favour of a much dryer zestiness, softened with the riper notes of pink grapefruit and lychee. Rather nice.
