You’ve only got until this weekend to enter the Chambord Rendezvous competition.

The contest encompasses both the food and drink side of the industry, welcoming recipe submissions in a range of categories, as long as the French raspberry liqueur is an ingredient. On the cocktail side, the categories are long, short, martini, after-dinner, or Chambord French Martini. Food submissions must either be a starter, main or dessert.

Winning recipes in the cocktail categories will be showcased at the Chambord Rendezvous, a trade party held on 14 September this year. Winning food recipes will be served to finalists and guests of the brand at a pre-party dinner. In addition to seeing your winning recipe at the event, prizes also include a weekend for two in Paris or a luxury bartender’s cocktail bag.
