They've already produced a Heather gin, and now Knockeen are expanding their floral repertoire with the launch of an Elderflower one too.

Based on a five times distilled Irish spirit, it's a 47.3% abv gin flavoured with natural elderflower which isn't overly dominant, resulting rather in a fresh, citrus-led gin, with a good hit of juniper right from the start, supported by some coriander notes.
