New Hollows ginger beer

Another alcoholic ginger beer has been launched in the UK, this time from soft drink producer Fentimans.
Hollows is the first alcoholic beverage in a portfolio best known for its botanically-brewed soft drinks. The company claims to use 'traditional slow fermentation and botanical brewing methods', fermenting Chinese root ginger with various botanicals, after which pear juice is added.
'My great-grandfather, Thomas Fentiman, insisted on using only the finest, natural ingredients,' commented Eldon Robson, Fentimans managing director and master brewer. 'His son-in-law, John Hollows, was given the famous recipe and soon his brewery became the most successful of all five.'
