You've got less than a month to enter this year's Galvin Cup.

This year, competitors will be judged on a classic Martinez, followed by an original drink of their own creation. This drink needs to include at least 30ml of Martini Bianco or Rosato, and not make use of more than six ingredients.

The Galvin Cup has been running since 2007. Entries for this year close on April 15, with the competition being held on 23 May. For full competition rules and more, visit the Galvin Cup site
