Every bar needs a pink drink on the list and Edgerton is a new small-batch London Dry gin that fits the bill.

Distilled at London’s Thames Distillers, it contains 14 botanicals including some exotic additions such as damiana from Mexico, which adds a smoky, slightly minty note, grains of paradise from Africa, and nutmeg. The striking colour comes from pomegranate.

We found the sweet orange botanical particularly distinct on the nose along with some nice, soft rootsy characters, and on the palate sweet orange, cracked black pepper and a grassy, mintiness with hints of rose.
