Citrus-flavoured cachaça brand Salto has recently gained two additions to its range, one of which is an unflavoured cachaça.

The original Salto, clocking in at 24% abv, has proven successful enough in the UK to warrant the expansion of the range. Tasting the 37.5% flavoured spirit, it's clearly the older brother of the original, but it's the unflavoured, 39% Salto that really caught our attention at Imbibe Live recently. Authentic earthy, grassy notes gave way to an explosive sweetness on the palate - a versatile spirit.
