Mumm pairs up with young guns

G.H. Mumm has launched an extensive food pairing campaign which includes scientific food pairing using gas chromatography as well as temperature food pairing.

Part of this campaign has included a partnership with the Academy of Culinary Arts (ACA) Annual Awards of Excellence winning chefs, including Mark Stinchcombe (ACA Young Chef of the Year 2010) of two-Michelin star Le Champignon Sauvage, Richard Phillips (ACA Young Pastry Chef of the Year 2010) of two-Michelin-starred Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and previous winner James Mitchell from The Capital (ACA Young Chef of the Year 2009).

As part of the campaign, each chef created the ultimate dish to compliment a wine in Mumm’s range and now these specially-created menus are available to for restaurants to feature across the country.
