Old-school gin

The new Professor Cornelius Ampleforth's Bathtub Gin is about as 'craft' as it gets.
Made in tiny amounts – no more than 60 bottles at a time – this is produced using copper pot-still grain spirit, which pays off on the palate, with a silky, rich mouthfeel. The spirit is cold-compounded with traditional botanicals like orange peel, coriander and cinnamon, producing a bold and satisfying, juniper-forward gin, with a slight bit of colour.
The packaging is just as authentic as the gin, right down to the black wax seal, and flax twine.
