It's that time of the year again. The Imbibe Personality of the Year awards recognise those individuals in the hospitality industry that are making their mark, and making a difference.

As with last year's inaugural awards, we've once again called on you to create this year's shortlist. That list of nominees will be published on 16 December, at which point you'll be able to cast your vote, and help determine the winners of the 2012 Imbibe Personality of the Year awards.
