The shortlist for the 2012 Imbibe Personality of the Year awards is now finalised, and we need your votes.

This is the second year that we'll be recognising those in the trade that have made their mark in their field, through innovation, influence, experimentation, education, leadership, pursuit of excellence or mix of all these qualities.

A panel of judges created an initial list of nominees, after which you, the trade, were invited to make additional nominations. The final list of the very best talent in the industry is now out, with awards for Bar, Pub, Hotel and Restaurant categories, with further accolades for Innovator, Hot Stuff (rising star), Industry Legend and Educator of the Year.

Online voting is now open until 10 February - make sure you have your say. The winners will be announced at an awards bash in London in February.
