A menu makeover

We already know that wine's covered when it comes to raising profits in 2012, and now Bacardi Brown-Forman Brands is making sure that spirits and cocktails don't get left behind either.
The company has recently put some work into its trade website, Pourfection, adding functionality to what was already a useful site for the industry. The site's cocktail database has been overhauled, adding a favourites list, as well as greater control over the criteria used to search for drinks.
The online menu creator has a new look too, offering a range of solutions for various venues, from ready-to-go menus, all the way to from-scratch menu creation. February will see the addition of a new GP calculator.
