United Coffee doesn’t just want to sell you beans. It wants to add value, and offer its customers benefits. It also wants to do this in an organised way, so it has launched a customer insight club called 'all about u'.
As part of this, customers get access to a barista training course endorsed by the Academy of Food and Wine Service. They’ll also be able to view servicing data for their coffee machines via the company’s recently-launched service management system.
And if that’s not enough, they’re offering insight into coffee trends, and information about key issues and influences on the market, like new products, pricing issues, and more.
Where do they get the energy for all of this, we wonder?
