The votes have been counted and the nominees announced for the 2012 Spirited Awards, due to be held at the legendary Tales of the Cocktail, in New Orleans later this year.London has done really rather brilliantly, but the rest of the UK has failed to put in an appearance, in a list dominated by the US and Australia, with the odd cameo from other European cities.
