A crafty move

Byron

Byron has always taken its beer seriously: brewing its own Byron Pale Ale and creating a dedicated Boilermaker list proved that some time ago. But now there's even more reason for hop lovers to descend on the London-based burger chain, with the addition of seven hand-picked beers to the list, alongside its three stalwarts: Byron Pale Ale (obviously), Camden Hells Lager and Brooklyn Lager.

The new beers on the block include Brewdog's Dead Pony Club Ale, from Scotland and London's own, much celebrated Kernel Pale Ale, as well as five from across the pond. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale leads the Transatlantic charge alongside its sister brew, wheat beer Kellerweis, SKA Brewing's Modus Hoperandi IPA; Longboard lager from Hawaiian brewery Kona Brewing; and finally, Bear Republic's Racer 5 IPA. The final beer is available at Byron in an exclusive deal, which resulted from a poker game with the brewery's founder, Richard Norgrave.
