French fancy

The popularity of Les Caves de Pyrène’s natural wine-centric trio of London restaurants – Terroirs, Brawn and Soif – is proven in the mini-chain’s rapid expansion since the first opened in 2008. Each has been afforded its own particular identity, never more true than with the opening of the fourth, Green Man & French Horn, which is entirely devoted to the food and wines of the Loire. The well-priced list offers a decent number of wines by the glass and carafe, to accompany a solid food offering, with stand-out game and shellfish dishes.
