Duffman, needs advice!!

I am the manager of a medium sized bar in Surrey, we are really lively at weekends as you would expect but during the week, things tend to move quite slowly.

A couple of months back we started offering deal's on by-the-glass wine with certain dishes/sharing platters on the menu and it has been taken on really well.

I want to start offering the same sort of thing with bottled beer's but at the moment, our offering is prett limited (Sol, Becks, Peroni) and I wondered if anybody has tasted any beers that would sit well with traditional bar snack's, sharing platters etc. I tried a nice beer last week called Coopers that was really clean and crisp, also I tried a beer in America which I think was called Sierra Nevada pale ale that I really liked and was quite keen to find out a bit more about it, but any advice or tips would be really good!!
