New thread: The Perfect Moment

Hi Guys,

My name is Dan and I'm one of the Three Most Promising for Bacardi Legacy this year for the UK.

My cocktail is called El Momento Perfecto and it is featured in Imbibe this month as well as on The Floating Rum Shack's website.

It would help me greatly if you could “like” the cocktail on facebook, or upload a picture of youself enjoying an El Momento Perfecto in your bar.

El Momento Perfecto

45ml Bacardi Superior
25ml Lillet Blanc
20ml Byrrh
10ml Campari
4 Dashes Orange Bitters
1 spoon Strong Marmalade

Stir over cubed ice, then strain into an old fashioned, garnished with a twist of lemon. More
