New thread: The Big Fat Tokaj Tasting

Any of you folks up for a Tokaj tasting? As it is quite frustrating that noone seems to be interested inn going above 150 g/l residual sugar. The tasting will feature 10 producers from Hungary, on the 1st March at Le Bouchon Breton. Register at tokaj@lebouchon.co.uk . Tokaj is relatively unknown in the UK (yet) but the region is exciting, the dry Tokajs are superb, and the classic cweet one, well, that's (or should be) a modern classic, with a good 400 years historical reference. So what do you think, folks of the on trade? are you interested? More
