New thread: Marketing Info & Training

I'm looking for any information and/or training to develop Managers to increase bar income, improve on effective marketing and update on pricing strategies.

We operate a small chain of hotels and this is an area that I would like to improve.

If anyone has worked with providers of such training, I would would be very interested in your recommendations.
