try a bellini – peach puree and soda with a bit of sugar!
or play with the same principles of the mojito such as the ciparinia limes lemons oranges and just add cranberry – soda or apple juice instead of the spirits More

Everyone knows a mojito and cosmo and if they look through your menu and spot that they get lazy and order it. Trust me I still go through bags of mint making Mojitos even if its not listed.
