New thread: Project management in the drinks trade

Hi (This is my first forum post as well),
For the past year I have been looking to get a job as project manager in the drinks industry as i'm currently a bartender and want to incorporate my degree into the drinks trade (not specifically bartending) and I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone or any companies other than Diaego, Barcardi and Pernod about this. Does anyone have any advice or leads about what I could do about making the step up into project management in the drinks trade?
