I heard Mahiki have just brought out a rum, that wouldbe an unusual option. And why don't you try infusing some vodkas to create your own crazy flavours – black truffle could be interesting (but expensive!). Or cardamom – great in cocktails. Yum. More

Does anyone have any ideas for cool non-alcoholic cocktails that are not cloyingly sweet and comprised mainly of fruit juice? I've just perfected a non-alcoholic mojito but need some more inspiration. Am prepared to use Bitters in small quantities! Thanks guys More

Everyone knows a mojito and cosmo and if they look through your menu and spot that they get lazy and order it. Trust me I still go through bags of mint making Mojitos even if its not listed.
