Lucy has been a drinks journalist for 14 years. She holds a WSET diploma in wine and spirits and this year became a Keeper of the Quaich. Lucy was one of the founding editors of World’s 50 Best Bars and her work has appeared in many food and drinks titles. She also has a special interest in future insights and has written many pieces on how new technologies and trends will impact the drinks industry. Her favourite drink is the one in her hand.
