Naren Young likes a drink or two. Sometimes three. When he's not staying out way past his bedtime propping up the bar at New York's countless watering holes, he's probably travelling the globe, propping up the bars of those places too. He has written about the finest food and drinks over the last 15 years and has been a professional bartender for about as long. He currently heads up the bar at Dante, in Manhattan's Greenwich Village. He will drink almost anything made with love and is now looking at how to install a draught Negroni system into his basement.
