Now in its 5th year, Gosset Matchmakers Competition is aimed at sommeliers and chefs that have only been in the trade for 5 years or fewer, but are on track to be the future stars of our industry
Each sommelier and chef team is tasked to come up with a dish that pairs with the Gosset Grand Rosé Brut. The dish must be sustainable and use autumnal seasonal ingredients, to fit the finals timing of early October.
2020 has turned out to be a particularly hard year for the industry, so for this edition we are opening the competition up to all sommeliers and chefs whether you are currently in work or not. We think it is hugely important that all have the opportunity to benefit from being part of this fantastic competition.

Sommelier Melody Wong also shares her experience of judging the competition last year, and traveling to France with the winners.
