Profumo di Vulcano comes from a small vineyard from the late 19th century, a plot of roughly half a hectare on the northern slope of Mont Etna, 600 metres above sea level, in the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia.
Profumo di Vulcano is not only one of the most prestigious boutique wines of the famous region of Etna, it is also the first wine made by a sommelier in Italy.
Please join our very own Nelson Pari in an interview with one of the maestros of Italian wine, Fedrico Graziani, as he details his incredible journey from the restaurant floor to the vineyard.
