Automatization & Process Improvement Expert

PURPOSE OF ROLE

The Automatization & Process Improvement Expert is responsible for automatization of Procurement processes and covering Master Data Management scope with specific focus on Contract Master Data for WEZ countries.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

The key accountabilities for this role include but are not restricted to:

Support the process to request and update Master Data

  • Validate and approve/reject Master Data requests

  • Forward to respective MDM team for execution

  • Ensuring that all data is uploaded/created/modified within the time limit agreed with the business and SLA

  • Manage the data with respect of the maintenance procedures and data maintenance rules defined by the Zone

Verify Master Data execution

  • Ensure quality completeness of execution by Respective Team

  • Communicate status to requestor and relevant stakeholder

  • Escalate issues to CI & Capabilities Lead

Drive Compliance of Master Data requirements

  • Ensure master data requirements are enforced

  • Manage the data with respect of the maintenance procedures and data maintenance rules defined by the Zone

  • Monitor and follow-up workflow with GPSS & GCC team

  • Be a SPOC for all master data related issues

  • Accuracy of the master data set-up in accordance to agreed service level agreements (SLA)

General activities

  • Review and recommend enhancements for improving the current work flow for increasing operational efficiency

  • Supporting, administrating and creating VBA for full Europe Zone Procurement organization

  • Support team members in their daily work (technical questions, escalations) and report top priority and recurring issues to Team Lead

  • Create reports and automatize templates to decrease day-to-day workload of Europe Zone Procurement organization

  • Monitor automated processes and report any system errors to Team Lead

  • Perform responsibilities in full compliance of the AB-InBev standards, policies and procedures

  • Perform any additional tasks upon the Team Lead request

  • Contribute to ideas and actions to the continuous improvement of processes within area of influence

  • All work is performed in accordance with targets, business needs and Service Level Agreement

  • Support strong service delivery by ensuring continuous feedback on errors and acting as back up for others in the team

    QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Level of educational attainment required:

  • University / College degree in Economics, Business or related field an advantage

Critical skills needed for success in this position:

  • Understanding of Procurement tools (SAP, SRM, etc)

  • Experience and understanding of sourcing and analytics tools such as Ariba, advanced MS Excel and MS Access

  • Analytical skills

  • Ability to conceptualize business impact focused analytics

  • Communicating effectively by conveying information and ideas in a clear, meaningful, and timely manner, providing information to ensure understanding; solicit inputs and provide open candid conversations

  • Establishing collaborative working relationships

  • Languages: English - upper intermediate/fluent. Additional languages are an advantage.
