Bar Team Member Description Job Purpose To support the Union Bank Manager to ensure that the pub operates effectively, efficiently and safely. To contribute to a positive and fun environment which is focused on maximising sales and profitability, whilst delivering an outstanding guest experience. Core Accountabilities Serve and present drinks and food to meet company specifications Consistently deliver outstanding levels of guest service and ensure that the needs of each individual guest are met Maintain the presentation and cleaning standards for the bar area, front of house, kitchen and toilets at all times, following company guidelines Role model the Vision and Values to support a positive, inclusive, high performing culture Ensure all stock management processes are followed, including delivery, storage, stock rotation and ordering, to maximise availability and minimise loss Protect and secure all company stock and property in order to minimise the risk of loss Adhere to all cash management procedures Keep up to date with current promotions and new products in order to advise customers and make recommendations Adhere to all Licensing, Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations Support the opening and closing of the pub in line with Company processes as required Complete all company training modules as required Work in accordance with the Craft Union Company handbook Adhere to all company policies and procedures supporting the management team in all required tasks as requested Requirements Experience of working in a guest facing environment Great communication skills Ability to adapt and deliver in a fast paced environment Flexible and reliable Passion for delivering outstanding service Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Benefits Wages and benefits to be discussed at interview stage.
